Begun the "Roaring Twenties" the Hunt still flourishes today.

The Little Red Schoolhouse

The brewers and breweries of Cincinnati have a rich and colorful history.  From the Embree Brewery in 1812 to the Hudepohl and Schoenling companies  -  Cincinnatians have been proud to express their love of beer that can be traced back to their German heritage.
Jim Bruckmann, the great-grandson of the founder of Cincinnati's Bruckmann Brewery will share stories of the brewing industry in the Queen City, the popular Over-the-Rhine Beer Gardens, the personalities who enjoyed both the brewing and the imbibing, and the "dreaded" Prohibition that drove beer drinkers to the Speakeasies and many Cincinnati breweries out of business.

One-Room Schoolhouse Experience

 Local history is the theme of this half-day field trip for over 300 children. Students, teachers, and parents are always enthusiastic to be part of this 1873 one-room school day. Dip pen writing, slate arithmetic, recess marbles...
